What is StudentAthleteTalk?
Established: StudentAthleteTalk™ was established this past fall 2007 strictly as an information based web site dedicated to student athletes.
Slogan: StudentAthleteTalk: "Success Starts Now "
In the Community: StudentAthleteTalk looks to partner with local academic and athletic organizations in order to spread knowledge regarding college academics and athletics. Therefore, student athletes will have access to quality information and guidance at no cost.
Mission: Our main goal is to help educate student athletes about the recruiting process. We also provide information regarding proper health, education, and employment strategies. Therefore, student athletes will have the opportunity to achieve their education as well as participate in school sports at the same time.
Objectives: The StudentAthleteTalk mission is supported by these objectives:
- Provide beneficial information regarding student athletics, education, and employment.
- Provide a discussion environment to ask questions and receive answers related to student athletics, education, and employment.
- Develop promotional and marketing opportunities to provide StudentAthleteTalk with national recognition as the number one information based web site for student athletes.
- Gain revenue through donations and sponsorships to financially support and promote proposals to benefit the growth of student athletics.
Discussion Forum: StudentAthleteTalk has created a discussion forum for student athletes, parents, sports fans, and academic advisors as a place to discuss experiences and gain advice on student athletics as it relates to high school, college, and professional sports.
