I have herd sauna rooms help a person to loose weight and they can also be good for your skin by opening your pores. Does anyone know the pros and cons when using a sauna?

Saunas use heat to take water weight out of a persons body. This is not a bad thing unless a person  stays in the sauna room too long. Sauna rooms can lead to dehydration. It is important to use them responsibly.
